Holiday Return Policy: for gift orders placed between December 1st and December 24th, return requests will be honored through January 3rd. We will accept returns for exchange or a refund as long as the following conditions are met:
You request a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of your order with the reason for return.
We receive the return package within 15 days of receipt of your merchandise
The returned items are unwashed, unworn, and have the tags still on
Notes: We do not accept returns on gift certificates, vintage jewelry, lingerie or undergarments. We’re sorry but shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipping vendor that allows you to track your package. Sale items are returnable in accordance with the above conditions.

We do our best to facilitate special orders so we can offer more styles and colors from the lines that you love! Most lines do not keep stock, so the garments will be made and dyed at your request. Because of this, we are not able to cancel a special order once placed with our designers.
Some things to keep in mind:
-You can view the estimated ship date above the item's color swatches and on the shopping bag page.
-Your credit card is not charged for an item until it ships (although it is authorized for the purchase price at the time of order).
-Occasionally a designer will decide not to produce an item or a certain color, deliver it later than scheduled, or make minor modifications to the design. In these cases we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.
-Special Orders are returnable under the conditions in our Return Policy.
-Size or color changes will incur a 15% restocking fee.
