Summer Travel Essentials

5/20/19

Summer is almost here and it might be the hottest one yet! We put together some of our favorite travel-friendly and heatwave-ready styles. Lightweight, packable, and ready to wear for an array of seasonal occasions.

Ivy-Tunic Larshell-Pants Vale-TopChalet's Ivy Tunic (above left) can be adjusted using the bottom slits that you can knot at any length or leave open for a breezy, loose look (click the link to see the different ways you can drape it).

Chalet's Larshell Pant's (above center) elastic band waist and lightweight crinkle fabric are perfect for a hot summer day.  The bottom hem offers the opportunity to alter the design to any length. The two slits can be tied or draped, it’s the perfect way to create multiple looks from one garment. Perfect for traveling light! (Please click to view the different ways you can wear it.)

The Vale Top, an ultra-soft top is constructed from a bamboo cotton blend (above right), also by Chalet. The raw edge hem is split to create optional tie-front styling. Provides great comfort in an elegant or casual look.

Pullover-Colorblock Cotton- Pocket Windbreaker  This open knit pullover (above left) by Alembika, is a such a great add on to your summer wardrobe. You'll be covered, but cool on a  hot summer day or at the beach would even look great with a straw hat.

Alembika’s light and airy oversized cotton dress (above center) will look beautiful for a dinner night out. Look sophisticated with the pattern blocks and bright striped summer vibes.

Alembika’s lightweight waterproof windbreaker (above right) can fold into the size of your pocket. It’s functional and fashionable for unexpected summer rain.

Cabourg Scarves CabourgTravel requires a great bag to fit your essentials. Try one of Elk's soft leather bags with comfortable straps to sit softly on your shoulders.  The tan color coordinates easily with any outfit. While on vacation, sometimes jewelry is too heavy, or not worth the risk of losing, but no worries, try accessorizing with a lightweight scarf to top off your look. Drape in multiple ways, use as a shawl on a cool night or to cover your shoulders in the sun, and it easily fits anywhere in your travel bag!
